Our eighth and last BirdSpotter class of the 2020-2021 season completed up yesterday, March 4. On this last class, we requested members to submit images of colourful birds. We noticed over 400 entries – the best but this season- of birds sporting all the colours of the rainbow. With out additional ado, the Individuals’s Alternative winner for Class 8 is Robert Hechler! Robert snapped this Anna’s Hummingbird simply as the sunshine hit the feathers in its gorgeous gorget (throat patch). Robert goes on:
