Moon Buggy

Throughout Apollo 17, the Lunar Rover Automobile (LRV), nicknamed the Moon buggy, logged the farthest distance from the Lunar Module of any Apollo mission, about 4.7 miles (7.5 km).

The Perils of Lunar Mud
